In order to ensure high standard of support, membership to the Morfik Developer Assist programme is only open to registered Morfik customers.
Support Forums are the most effective technical support system used by Morfik developers. Morfik Forums link you to Morfik R&D team members as well as to other developers and experts in Morfik developer community who are able to monitor and respond to your requests.
Hotfixes are made available to overcome critical software bugs for which there is no work-around. Regular service packs provide additional documentation, bug fixes and further design optimisation to remove obstacles and help developers achieve a greater level of success with Morfik software.

Morfik will assist you with your Deployment Automation Services by setting up the Deployment Agent on your servers. If you have a server that you like to use to deploy your Morfik applications, Morfik will ensure that the Deployment agent is installed and running correctly before you start using DAS.
Subscribers are entitled to software upgrades without charge if such upgrades become available during the term of your subscription.
